This post is part of the walking tour we did which originated from Petaling street (Chinatown - Merdeka - Petronas).
From the crowded stalls of Little India, we navigate ourselves and walked for 30 minutes to Malaysia's Iconic landmark Petronas twin towers.
Malaysian Draught Game
Along the way we encountered some happenings happening just by the street. The draught game or locally Black and White Chess is mainly played here in Malaysia and Singapore.
Extraordinary Talented Armless Painter
She paints her masterpieces by feet. What an awesome talent.
TheTowers!
Good to see the towers again.Once stood as the worlds tallest structure and the worlds tallest twin towers as of today.
It took us 1 hour to reach the towers. Quite exhausted, we took a rest near the fountain at KLCC park.
Tips On Getting Skybridge Tickets
• You have to be there before the Petronas Skybridge ticketing counter opens at 8:30 AM. By this time the queue is already 'miles' long. Many queue as early as 6:00 in the morning. Usually by 9:30 AM the tickets would have all been 'sold' for the day.
• The Petronas Skybridge visit is opened from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM everyday except Mondays and public holidays. Limited tickets with time stamps are issued every day. Please note that you cannot obtain advance tickets as there is no advance ticketing system in place. Tickets are issued 'fresh' daily.
• Tickets are issued for time slots of 15 minutes and each time slot is limited to 20 visitors.
Clean Green Malaysia
This urban sanctuary offers a host of amenities for the public’s enjoyment – from a two-acre children's playground, wading pool and jogging track to shelters and benches, patterned foot-paths and sculptures. One of the cleanest parks I had been.
Lake Symphony
The elaborately-landscaped park’s main highlight is the spectacular dancing water fountains.
