Traditional Sampan Boat
Victoria Bay is the largest harbour in China and the third largest in the world and amongst the worlds busiest. An estimated about 600 ships pass here everyday both oceangoing vessels and river vessels. Not that just that, Victoria Harbour is also popular fave by tourist and residents for its dramatic panoramic night view and skyline, particularly in the direction towards Hong Kong Island where the glittering skyline of skyscrapers is superimposed over the ridges behind. Great panoramic views by day but wait till you experience the the world's largest permanent light and sound show "The Symphony of Lights". Near the promenade, lies Hong Kong's oldest landmark the Old Clock Tower. The Old Clock Tower may look tad out of place among the city's newly built landmarks but it has played a significant role in Hong kong's history.
Tuklasera Tips:
• Symphony of Lights starts around 8:00 PM. Be sure to be there before the light show starts to have a good viewing spot.

• Ride a star ferry across the harbour. A must try!
• Bring your passport always with you.
• Avenue of Stars is just a 20 min walk from the promenade.
